Just have your recent Lowe's receipt handy and complete a short survey online at www.Lowes.com/survey, then you can enter into the quarterly drawing sweepstakes for your chance to win a $5,000 Lowe’s Gift Card (may be in the form of 2 $2,000 gift cards and 1 $1,000 gift card).
How to enter & win:
When open the website, select your country (US or Canada) and your preferred language to continue.
Then it will ask you enter the Time of Visit, Total Amount Spent and 12-digit Receipt Number ID. Enter them correctly and begin the survey process. You need to answer a list of survey questions regarding your recent Lowe's experience.
At the end of the survey, you'll be entered into the sweepstakes automatically.
The sweepstakes runs every quarter. To qualify to take this survey and sweepstakes, you must complete it within 3 days of the date on your Lowe's sales receipt. Limit one entry per quarter per email or household address.
